Dutalfa Tablets (Alfuzosin 10mg/Dutasteride 0.5mg)
Dutalfa Tablets are a combination medication containing Alfuzosin and Dutasteride. Alfuzosin is an alpha-blocker that helps to relax the muscles in the prostate and bladder, making it easier to urinate. Dutasteride is a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor that helps to shrink the prostate and reduce the risk of urinary retention and the need for surgery. This combination medication is used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men by improving urinary flow, reducing the size of the prostate, and decreasing the risk of urinary retention.
